I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist. I trained at the Metanoia Institute in London, where I gained a Clinical Diploma in Person-Centred Psychotherapy, an MSc in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy, and a Certificate in Supervision. I am committed to ongoing learning and development, and regularly undertake further training in both psychotherapy-related areas and in developing awareness in my own life through practices such as meditation and existential exploration.

Psychotherapy: I work in private practice, and have worked for specialist counselling services including the University of Brighton; the young people’s counselling service, Dialogue; the domestic violence charity, Rise; and Mankind, working with men who have experienced sexual abuse and violence.

Supervision: I also work as an individual and group clinical supervisor for psychotherapists, counsellors and other practitioners in trauma-related fields.

Training and facilitation: I have taught counselling skills, theory and the Person-Centred Approach at Sussex Downs College, and teach on the Diploma/MSc Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy programme at the Metanoia Institute.

I am fully insured and abide by both the BACP and the UKCP Code of Ethics.
